Middle School
Sports Performance
The REPS Middle School Sports Performance Program is designed for athletes 11-13 years old who want to enhance their overall athleticism for any sport.
This program is driven by proper movement mechanics in order to develop strength, power, speed, and mobility to increase overall athleticism.​

Sports Performance
The REPS High School Sports Performance Program is designed for athletes 14-18 years old who are ready to take their game to the next level.
Based on proper movement mechanics this program is enhanced to suit the development of the competitive athlete through strength, power, and speed training making it perfect for any endeavour they choose. ​

Online Athlete
Not a local athlete? Not a problem! Get access to our online training platform and train like a Pro with our REPS Online Athlete Program. This 12 week program includes the four REPS elements of training: functional strength, speed and agility, plyometrics, and mobility to get you prepared to dominate your sport.
